The absence of cars in utility vehicle segment is felt by Maruti India more than anybody else. Maruti India’s presence in the hatchback segment cannot be questioned ever. So, the auto major is aggressively looking to improve its dominance in this segment. And what could be a better platform to take this step. Maruti India feels that it lacks the presence in the segment which is simply dominated by the rest. So, Maruti India is moving the heaven and earth together to grab the market share of 50% by 2015.
